Skills and spells

Every skill and spell a player can learn, straight out of the game's own table: 381 of them, and for each one the level each class picks it up at, what it costs in mana, how long it locks you up for afterwards, and what it can be pointed at. Open any row to read its help page — the same text help <name> gives you in game. Everything else the game documents is in the help files.

How to read this

Level columns are per class. A dash means that class can never learn it, at any level — the table marks those one step above the mortal ceiling and they are shown here as blanks rather than as impossible numbers. Lag is the delay after use, given in seconds; the game counts it in pulses at four a second, and anything at or above three seconds is a full combat round in which you do nothing else.

A spell is cast with cast 'name' and costs mana. A skill is a passive or a command in its own right. Both are raised the same way — practice at your guild master to 75%, then use in earnest for the rest.

Twelve of them have no help page at all: they are in the skill table but nobody ever wrote the entry. Those rows open to say so rather than pretending otherwise. Where a family shares one page — the whole cure and heal ladder does — every member opens the same text, which is what the game does too.
